The Lost TendernessEpisode 16

Synopsis

Xu Qi, the beloved daughter of the Xu family who had been doted on in every possible way, learned that she was not the real daughter of the Xu family after all. Since the real daughter, Xu Mingzhu, was recognized and brought back to the family, her parents and elder brother, who had always doted on her, began to blindly believe Xu Mingzhu's one-sided story. Mistakenly believing that Xu Qi had pushed their grandmother downstairs, causing her to fall into a coma, the Xu family sent Xu Qi to a female virtue school to repent and reform. As a result, Xu Qi endured inhumane torture for three long years and suffered irreversible lifelong disabilities. Three years later, Xu Qi was brought back to the Xu family. The Xu family members found that the once bright and cheerful Xu Qi who used to love smiling had now become extremely aloof and kept everyone at a distance.
