Devoted to My Plump CookEpisode 9

Synopsis

Six years ago, Pei Xingyuan had an accidental intimate encounter with Gu Zhihuan. Gu Zhihuan left alone afterward and gave birth to their child. Pei Xingyuan spent six years searching for Gu Zhihuan in vain, never knowing that Gu Zhihuan—who had put on weight—had actually been working as a cook in his own household all this time. Meanwhile, Gu Zhihuan was also unaware of Pei Xingyuan's identity. The two missed each other for six years, and it was not until Madam Pei discovered that Pei Xingyuan had an unrecognized child living outside the family that the two were on the verge of recognizing each other.
