My Mafia Fiancé Killed Me in His Loyalty TrialEpisode 3

Synopsis

"To marry my mafia fiancé, Julian, I agreed to take part in a brutal loyalty trial. But I had a blood-clotting disorder. During the trial, severe cramps and dehydration made me collapse, and I was badly injured and started bleeding. Julian’s childhood friend, Stella, accused me of faking it and convinced him to lock me in a sweltering abandoned warehouse. They mocked me from outside, never realizing that I had already died inside."
