Synopsis

Angelina, the legendary SSS‑rank super‑hero known as the Queen of Thunder, captures Hillco, the notorious criminal dealing illegal genetic‑enhancement potions. Shortly afterwards, she suffers retaliation from his forces and loses her husband. To protect her young son Odinson, who has not yet awakened his SSS‑rank lightning talent, she follows her husband's last wish and lives incognito for eighteen years. Pretending to be a powerless ordinary person, she endures widespread contempt and humiliation from the world. Eighteen years pass as the day of Odinson's eighteenth‑birthday talent awakening draws near. Conflicts erupt in their foster home, and mother and son are driven out. Hoping to change their fate, Odinson takes part in the Hero Academy selection, only to face unfair treatment due to rank prejudice and his rivals' malicious frame‑up. Left with few options, he joins underground fighting tournaments, where he is hunted down by Hillco's surviving S‑rank subordinate.
