Synopsis
Harper Jennings, the overlooked eldest daughter, is forced to replace her stepsister and wed Nathaniel Lambert, the heir of the Lamberts, rumored to be brutal and impotent. Refusing to accept a loveless life, she flees on her wedding day but accidentally gets into his car. Not recognizing him as her groom, she begs him for help. He pretends to be cold and takes her back to his mansion. A year later, Nathaniel looks at Harper, who's limp on the bed, and says, "Now, still think I can't handle it?"
