Synopsis

In a post‑nuclear‑apocalypse wasteland, Bonnie, a little girl gifted with the ability to understand animals, is abandoned by her aunt and adopted by the kind‑hearted Hazel. Using her power to communicate with creatures, she repeatedly saves her family from danger. Later, she becomes the apprentice of Silas, a renowned healer from the Northern Lands. At his clinic, Bonnie heals the governor’s beloved pet and unravels a mystery surrounding an old friend’s parrot. Her success sparks jealousy from Nora, her senior‑school fellow apprentice, who poisons her. In the end, Bonnie resolves their conflict with sincerity. The two reconcile and embark on their journey as healers side by side.
